I started to know about Wherever Global when I found out about it from the Xiaohongshu. I saw that many of my friends in North America were using it, so I followed along and found out more about it. The whole packaging process is pretty much the same as the official website. I just think it's more convenient. It's not like the official website where you have to fill in a bunch of complicated information and register. Since it was my first time sending such a long distance within the country and with many large items. I asked customer service super many questions and I was worried that things wouldn't go well in the mail. Customer service is really patient, he explains things to you and responds quickly! The stuff was sent super fast and arrived in less than a week. Overall, it was a very pleasant mailing experience.

I just started to do a lot of homework on Xiaohongshu to find many movers, and also contacted different customer service by comparing the shipping price, customer service and shipping speed. I finally chose Wherever Global movers which is cost effective. The customer service of Wherever Global is really good. They are very patient and help me to answer a lot of questions that I am not rigorous. I was surprised by the speed after the delivery. I was expecting it to arrive in a week or so, but it was only 3 days away. So far, all the parcels arrived safely at the new home and none of them were damaged.
