Fill Out the Form Online
Once you've prepared your shipment, fill out our US International Shipping Proof of Delivery form online and your dedicated customer service representative will bill you and provide you with a final total.

FedEx pickup personnel will pick up your package at the designated time. Please follow the instructions of your dedicated customer service representative to prepare for pickup within the designated time frame. You can also drop off your package at any FedEx Office.
